Delivery

Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta.

95% of orders are shipped on the same day, the remaining 5% on the second day.

To most regions of Ukraine, orders are delivered within 24 hours, sometimes on the 2nd day.

During high season: October - November, due to high demand, orders may be shipped within 3 - 5 days.

Payment

- Online payment by the LiqPay* service on the website.

* When paying online for an amount of 3000 UAH or more, orders are shipped FREE OF CHARGE.

- Cash on delivery – the order is paid upon receipt at Nova Poshta. For this type of payment, Nova Poshta charges a commission of 2% of the cost of the goods + 20 UAH.

- Address delivery – is carried out by the Nova Poshta courier service after 100% prepayment. Such delivery is paid by the buyer.

Return or exchange

FREE return – can be arranged in the “Nova Poshta” application – “Easy return”.

Exchange for another size, color or model is arranged with the help of the site’s hotline operators.
