PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment methods for delivery are selected when placing an order:
- Online payment for additional LiqPay service* on the website.
* When paying online for an amount over 3000 UAH, the order is sent FREE OF COSTS.
- Post-payment – the order is paid when it is received on “Nova Poshta”. For this type of payment, the Nova Poshta company takes a commission - 2% of the product price + 20 UAH.
- Addressed delivery - provided by the courier service of Nova Poshta after 100% prepayment. Such delivery is paid by the buyer.

Your order is promptly delivered by Nova Poshta.
90% of orders are shipped from the factory within 1-2 business days. The shipment of more complicated models (cardigans and jackets) may take 2-5 business days.
To most regions of Ukraine, orders are delivered by Nova Poshta within 1-2 days.
In the high season: October-November, due to high demand, orders may be shipped with a slight delay.
We always try to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Turn and exchange
A COST-FREE turnaround – can be arranged at the “Nova Poshta” settlement – “Easy to turn.”
An exchange for a different size, color or model must be made through the help of hotline operators on the site.
To return the cost for goods that are not sold, the buyer fills out the return form and places it in the package with the goods. After the return is received, the cash will be promptly transferred to the client’s card.
