90% of orders are shipped on the same day, the remaining 10% within 1 - 3 days.

To most regions of Ukraine, Nova Poshta delivers orders within 24 hours, sometimes on the 2nd day (“Ukrposhta” may deliver orders a little longer).

Payment

Payment and delivery methods are selected when placing an order:

- Online payment using the LiqPay* service on the website.

* When paying online for an amount of 3000 UAH or more, orders are shipped FREE OF CHARGE.

- Cash on delivery - the order is paid upon receipt at the carrier company:

“Nova Poshta” - for cash on delivery takes a commission - 2% of the cost of the goods + 20 UAH.

“Ukrposhta” - for cash on delivery takes a commission - 2% of the cost of the goods + 15 UAH.

- Address delivery - is carried out by the courier service of “Nova Poshta” after 100% prepayment. Such delivery is paid by the buyer.

Return or exchange

FREE return – can be arranged in the “Nova Poshta” application – “Easy return”.

Returns through “Ukrposhta” are also free for our customers.

Exchange for another size, color or model is arranged with the help of the site’s hotline operators.

To return money for a product that did not fit, the buyer fills out a return form and puts it in the package with the product being returned. After receiving the return, the funds are credited to the client’s card within 3-6 banking days.
